Today my thoughts are circling around one topic again: breast reduction - yes or no?
One part of me wishes for lightness. Simply getting up in the morning without feeling pain right away. Wearing clothes that I like without constantly paying attention to how my breasts look. Feeling freer. Maybe even more self-assured.
But then doubts creep in. What if I regret it later? What if I don't feel like myself anymore after that? An operation is no small step, after all. I'm also afraid of pain, scars, or complications. And sometimes I wonder if I only want to change because others have expectations.
