Today I really pushed myself during sports, but this feeling of success after exhaustion is worth it all. Walking briskly with headphones and my favorite songs set all the negative energy of the day to zero. Now I'm preparing for a great meal and a quiet evening.

No matter what I do, when music is playing in the background, I can focus incredibly well. A song I discovered on the go today has changed the rhythm of my whole day. Sometimes, when you find the right beat, even the most ordinary moments of the day feel like a movie scene.
