An evening with me in the kitchen isn't a cooking course, it's a game for all senses. A bit of chaos, a bit of fire, and plenty of tension in the air. I prefer to taste as I go, rather than read recipes, and if things don't go according to plan, that's no big deal. Between laughter, cheeky glances, and one glass of wine too many, it's possible that the food gets cold, but the evening definitely won't.
